Public Forum w/ David Robinson, City Council Member —Tuesday, August 26, 7:00-8:30 p.m.—Old Worthington Library, Owl Meeting Room—

There’s a lot going on in our city—a Comprehensive Plan rewrite, pools, new development projects, deer, housing proposals, and, soon, an election, and much more. To share information and to promote conversation on these issues, I’m hosting a general public Q & A forum this coming Tuesday (8/26), 7 p.m., in the main meeting room at the Old Worthington Library. Hope you can make it!
All are welcome—supporters, detractors, and everyone in between.
I put it this way because I positively embrace the differences of opinion in our community, and I believe that discussion and debate are the lifeblood of our governmental system. And since online forums are too often sinkholes of malice and misinformation, I thought it would be a good idea for us to gather in person, in the same room, to hear what each other has to say.
I am just one out of seven members of your City Council, but I’ll do my best to provide general information, along with my own perspective. And if I can’t answer a question at the forum, I’ll follow up. Hope to see you there. All are welcome. I look forward to hearing what you have on your mind.
